What process service means
Process service is the planned delivery of an authorised legal or formal document to the intended recipient or another permitted recipient. The purpose is to make a responsible delivery attempt and record what happened. It is not an investigation into the merits of a dispute and it does not replace advice from an advocate, court official or other authorised professional.
Before accepting a requirement, Full Circle reviews the sender's authority, the document category, the recipient identifiers, the stated address, the deadline and any instructions about who may receive it. Work outside Jaipur is coordinated only where the location, timing and field availability are feasible.
What the service can include
Depending on the written scope, coordination may include a preliminary address check, scheduled delivery attempts, a neutral explanation of the purpose of attendance, acknowledgement collection where the recipient is willing and the method permits it, and an attempt log recording date, time, location and outcome.
The sender remains responsible for confirming the legally acceptable method, number of attempts, deadlines, affidavit or declaration requirements and the format required by the relevant court, tribunal, authority or agreement.
