No. Enquiries are not shared, sold or used for marketing, and we do not confirm a client relationship to anyone who calls asking. We will only contact you through the channel and within the time window you specify.
No. Scoping is free, and it is deliberately detailed enough to be useful even if you do not go ahead. We would rather spend twenty minutes telling you a case is not worth running than take a fee for work that cannot answer your question.
Passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, intimate images, medical records or documents belonging to someone else that you are not entitled to share. None of it helps us, and possessing some of it can create a problem for you.
Any time; the line is answered 24/7. If you would rather we call you, send your country and a preferred window on WhatsApp and we will schedule inside your working day. We regularly take calls timed to North American and UK hours.
