Confidentiality and need-to-know access
Case information should be shared only with people responsible for the approved assignment. At intake, Full Circle agrees a safe contact time, communication channel and reporting method. Clients are asked to provide only information relevant to the stated objective and to avoid sharing passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, intimate images or unrelated third-party data.
Legitimate purpose and legal compliance
Before accepting sensitive work, the agency may ask the client to explain identity, authority and legitimate purpose. Methods must stay within applicable Indian laws and practical privacy boundaries. Full Circle does not claim police powers and does not impersonate authorities, enter private property without permission or interfere with an official investigation.
Methods we refuse
Full Circle does not provide hacking, password recovery through unauthorised access, interception of calls or messages, installation of unlawful trackers, access to protected banking, telecom, medical or government systems, trespass, intimidation, harassment or purchase of illegally obtained data. No assignment is accepted merely to stalk, threaten, control or publicly embarrass another person.
Data minimisation and third-party privacy
Collection should be limited to what is necessary for the agreed questions. Sensitive material should not be retained without a clear need. Reports should avoid unnecessary personal details about people who are not relevant to the decision. Clients are responsible for using reports only for the purpose discussed and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where employment, legal proceedings or regulated decisions are involved.
Honest communication and reporting
No ethical agency should guarantee a predetermined finding. Estimates should explain scope, likely timing, field dependencies and factors that may change cost. Updates should distinguish direct observations from early indicators. Final reporting should separate verified facts, relevant available records, contradictions, context, source limitations and unresolved points.
Safety and escalation
Private enquiries must not delay urgent help. If a matter involves immediate danger, suspected crime, child safety, a vulnerable adult or an active emergency, clients should contact police or emergency services first. Where formal ownership, legal admissibility, employment action or regulated due diligence is required, the client should consult an appropriate independent professional.
Accountability: If a requested method falls outside these boundaries, the agency should decline it, narrow the scope or direct the client to an authorised professional or public authority.
