The website provides general information about private investigation and verification services. It is not specialist advice, a guarantee of availability or a promise of a particular result.
2. No engagement through the website alone
Submitting a form, sending an email or making a call does not by itself create an investigator-client engagement. An assignment begins only after identity and purpose checks, scope, fees, exclusions and other terms are agreed.
3. Genuine service requirement and authority
Clients must provide accurate information and a legitimate purpose. The agency may reject work involving hacking, unauthorized access, interception, harassment, trespass, impersonation, blackmail, illegal discrimination or obstruction of police or judicial processes.
4. Estimates and changes
Time and fee estimates depend on the information available when the scope is prepared. Travel, additional locations, changed objectives, delays outside the agency’s control or new information may require a revised scope.
5. Reports and limitations
Reports reflect information reasonably obtained during the agreed period. Findings may be incomplete because people move, records change, sources are unavailable and observation covers a limited time. Unverified information should not be treated as fact.
6. Use of information
Clients are responsible for deciding how findings are used within their personal or business process. Full Circle does not promise a particular outcome from any investigation or verification.
7. Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations, permitted disclosures and retention are governed by the engagement terms and applicable law. Clients must also protect reports and avoid unlawful publication or misuse.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, design and branding may not be copied or republished without permission, except for ordinary linking or uses permitted by law.
9. Third-party services
The website may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, Formspree, fonts and maps. Their availability and privacy practices are outside our control.
