A proposal arrives with a biodata, a photograph and an account of a family's circumstances. Almost all of it is offered in good faith. The purpose of verification is to confirm the parts that matter before a commitment that is very hard to undo.
Why families run this check even when nothing feels wrong
Most of what you are told during a marriage negotiation is accurate. The difficulty is that the few things which are not tend to be the expensive ones: income presented at roughly double the real figure, a designation inflated by two grades, a jointly held family property described as personally owned, or — in a small but serious minority of cases — a prior marriage that was never mentioned.
None of that is usually discoverable through the people introducing the match, because they are relying on the same account you are. Verification replaces assurance with confirmation. In the large majority of our cases the finding is a clean profile or minor overstatement, and the family proceeds — with the difference that they are proceeding on facts.

Not from us. We do not approach the subject or their household, observation is carried out at a distance, and locality enquiries are structured to appear routine rather than targeted. No agency can promise zero risk, but we will flag in advance any step that carries real exposure and let you decide.
Usually the biodata is enough to start: full name, age, current city, employer, qualification and family details. A photograph helps. We will tell you if a specific missing identifier would materially change the cost or the timeline.
