Divorce Investigation Services in India
Once proceedings have started, the question changes from what is true to what can be evidenced. This service is built around that distinction, and is usually scoped in consultation with your advocate.
What advocates actually ask us for
In contested matrimonial matters, three things are requested more than anything else: documentation of cohabitation or a continuing relationship; evidence relating to income, property or assets that have been understated in financial disclosure; and establishing a respondent's actual whereabouts for service or for maintenance proceedings.
What makes this material useful is not drama but discipline — dated records, documented method, and clear separation between what was observed and what is inferred. Material that overstates is worse than no material at all, because it damages the credibility of everything else you file.

Method
How this service runs
Brief with your advocate
Where you wish, we take the scope directly from your advocate so the fieldwork targets what the pleadings actually need.
Evidential planning
We identify what would need to be shown and over what period, then design observation around that rather than general watching.
Fieldwork
Observation and record checks run to scope, with contemporaneous dated notes.
Documentation
Material compiled with method, dates and locations recorded, so provenance can be explained if challenged.
Handover
Report provided to you, or directly to your advocate on your written instruction, with a review conversation.
What it costs and how long it takes
₹40,000 – ₹1,50,000 depending on observation period, number of cities and the extent of asset work.
Your written quote is fixed after a free scoping call, and it will not change based on what we find. If the budget available does not match what the case genuinely requires, we will tell you that rather than running an underscoped enquiry that cannot answer your question.
Where we run this service
Run by our investigators in every city listed and managed from our Jaipur head office.

FAQs
Questions about divorce investigation
Admissibility is decided by the court on your advocate's submission, and no investigator can promise it. What we control is making the material as defensible as possible: dated contemporaneous notes, documented method, professional acquisition, and no inflation of what a finding establishes. Material gathered unproperly is the most common reason this kind of evidence fails.
Where it is necessary and professional, our investigator can depose to what was personally observed and to the method and dating of the record. We will not offer opinion beyond that. Discuss this with your advocate at the scoping stage, as it affects how the fieldwork is documented and who conducts it.
We can establish property holdings, company directorships and shareholdings, business premises and operational scale, and lifestyle indicators that are inconsistent with declared income — all through professional public record and observation. We cannot obtain bank statements or account balances, and anyone offering those is proposing not something we offer.
Yes. Tracing an evasive respondent and effecting service with an affidavit of service is a distinct service we provide — see process serving. It is frequently combined with this work.
Yes, and we would encourage it. Investigation that is not coordinated with the legal strategy often produces material that does not fit the pleadings, and occasionally material that creates a problem. The cases that go best are the ones where we are briefed on what actually needs proving.
