Clients

Who we work for

Families, individuals, businesses and legal practices. The common thread is a decision that cannot be made safely on the information currently available.

Client types

Six groups we work for most

Families arranging a marriage

Our largest client group. Verification of a proposal's stated job, income, qualifications, family circumstances, property and marital history — before a commitment that is socially very hard to reverse.

Individuals with a private concern

A spouse whose account has stopped making sense, a relative who has gone quiet, a person who needs to know whether a specific worry is grounded.

Businesses and partnerships

Internal fraud, stock and billing leakage, conflict of interest, pre-employment verification for senior hires, and due diligence on partners, suppliers and franchisees.

Advocates and law firms

Documented fact-finding to support matrimonial, civil and recovery matters, service of process on evasive respondents, and asset tracing — prepared with method and dating recorded for evidential use.

NRI families and overseas businesses

Clients in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia and the Gulf who need something verified in India, with calls scheduled in their time zone.

Property buyers and lenders

Title position, actual possession, encumbrance indicators and the people behind a transaction, before money changes hands.

How the work differs between clients

A family usually needs one clear answer and a short report it can discuss at home. A business usually needs the method recorded alongside each finding, because someone else — an auditor, a board, a head office — will read it later. An advocate needs dates, times and sources set out so that the report can support an affidavit.

We ask at the start who will read the report and what they will do with it, and write it for that reader. The fieldwork does not change; the way it is recorded does.

What every client gets

  • A written scope and a fixed quote before work starts
  • One investigator accountable from first call to final report
  • Findings marked verified, contradicted or not obtainable
  • Nothing obtained unlawfully — no call or bank records

Whichever group you fall into, the first step is the same

A short call to establish whether your question can be verified and what that would involve.
