This policy explains what information Full Circle Detective Agency collects, why, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read rather than to satisfy a checklist.
The principle we work to
We collect as little as the case requires. In investigation work, every additional piece of information held about a client is a liability rather than an asset, so minimisation is a practical safeguard and not just a policy statement.
What we collect from you
- Your name and a contact number or email, so we can reach you
- The details of your enquiry, limited to what is needed to scope and run it
- Identifiers relating to the subject of the enquiry that you provide
- Your stated contact preferences, including safe times and channels
- Payment reference information where an engagement proceeds
What we will never ask you for, and ask you not to send
- Passwords, PINs or one-time passcodes for any account
- Banking credentials or card details
- Intimate images or private recordings of any person
- Medical records belonging to another person
- Documents obtained unproperly, or that you are not entitled to hold
If you send any of these, we will ask you to confirm deletion and we will not retain them.
How information is used
Solely to assess, scope, carry out and report on the enquiry you engaged us for, and to communicate with you about it. We do not use client information for marketing, we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not build a database of past subjects.
Who can see your file
Access is restricted to the investigator handling your case and, where the case requires fieldwork outside Rajasthan, to the field investigator engaged for that specific task — who receives only the information needed for their part of the work, not the whole file or your identity where it is not required.
Retention
Case material is retained only while there is a legitimate reason to hold it — typically to answer follow-up questions, to support a client's legal proceedings, or where a legal or accounting obligation requires it. After that it is securely destroyed. You may ask at any time how long your material will be held, and you may ask for earlier destruction where no legal obligation prevents it.
Website data
This website does not store enquiry form submissions. The enquiry form assembles your message and opens it in WhatsApp on your own device, so the content travels directly from you to us through WhatsApp rather than through this site. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not operate third-party ad trackers on this site.
Our hosting provider may record standard server access information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, as nearly all web servers do, for security and reliability purposes.
Third-party services
Where you choose to use them, WhatsApp, Google Maps and your email and telephone providers each operate under their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. An embedded Google map appears on our contact page; loading that page loads content from Google.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where no legal obligation requires retention, and withdraw consent for future processing. Write to kishorenagi@gmail.com and we will respond.
Confidentiality beyond data protection
We do not disclose client identity, we do not confirm a client relationship to anyone who asks, and we do not publish case material. The case scenarios on this website are composites: no real client, subject or case is described in them.
