For clients in Saudi Arabia

Private investigator in India for clients in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia has one of the largest Indian communities anywhere outside India, and much of it lives there without family — so most of what Saudi-based clients need checked is at home.

Why Saudi-based clients commission verification in India

Indians in the Kingdom work across construction, oil and gas, healthcare, engineering and retail, from Riyadh and the Eastern Province to Jeddah and the Hijaz. A large share come from Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan, and many are on contracts where bringing a family over is not practical. Parents, spouses, children and savings stay in India, and decisions about them are taken from a distance.

That shapes the work. Proposals are arranged by families at home while the person concerned is two years into a contract. Houses are built with remittances and overseen by relatives. Recruitment agents promise relatives jobs that turn out to be something else. Each of those questions can be answered on the ground in India.

Saudi employers ask a different question: whether a candidate's Indian degree, nursing registration or experience is genuine before a visa is processed. That, too, is settled at source in India.

Most requested from Saudi Arabia

  • Pre-matrimonial checks while you are on contract in the Kingdom
  • A spouse's conduct and circumstances at home while you work abroad
  • Houses and plots being built with your remittances
  • Recruitment agents and job offers made to relatives
  • Degrees, nursing registrations and experience of Indian hires
  • Welfare checks on parents and children

Time zones. Saudi Arabia is two and a half hours behind India with no daylight saving, so a call after work in Riyadh or Jeddah lands in the Indian evening. Same-day updates are routine.

How we work for clients in Saudi Arabia

Our investigators in the Kingdom

A network of investigators in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province takes the Saudi side of a case: confirming where someone works and lives, how they are regarded, and whether their account of life in the Kingdom stands up. Our own team handles India, and a single investigator brings both halves into one report.

Within Saudi law

Saudi law protects privacy firmly. Misusing a camera-equipped phone to invade someone's privacy is an offence under the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, and personal data is regulated by the Personal Data Protection Law. Our work in the Kingdom is planned around both, and if a question could only be answered by a method the law does not allow, we tell you at the scoping call instead of taking the case.

Recruitment agents in India

Agents who send workers abroad from India must be registered under the Emigration Act, 1983. Before a relative pays anyone for a Saudi job, we confirm the registration, the office and the agent's record, and whether the employer and the job actually exist.

  • Finding a relative who has moved between Saudi cities

What our team establishes in India

  • A recruitment agent's registration and record
  • Degrees and registrations, confirmed at source
  • How parents and children are being looked after

Commissioning a case from Saudi Arabia

An evening call after work in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam reaches us in the Indian evening, and updates arrive inside your own day. Friday and Saturday calls are routine. Quotes are fixed in rupees with an indicative riyal figure, payable by transfer to the firm's account in India — never to a person or a relative.
