Clients We Can Support Across India

A confidential enquiry begins with the client’s legitimate purpose, authority and decision—not with how much personal information can be collected.

Founders

Vendor and partner due diligence

Operating-address, key-person, entity and visible-activity checks before advances or important agreements.

Advisers

Law firms and professionals

Focused field enquiries and factual chronologies for an independent adviser to assess within the relevant process.

Organisations

HR and verification teams

Consent-aware identity, address, education, employment and role-relevant background verification planning.

Private individuals and families

Personal assignments require particular care because they can affect safety, privacy and family relationships. The agency asks the client to state the decision they face and the specific facts that would help. Open-ended monitoring, retaliation, harassment and access to protected communications are not acceptable objectives.

Overseas and NRI clients

An overseas client can complete intake remotely and approve a scope for relevant facts located in India. Full Circle does not claim overseas offices. Jaipur remains the registered contact point, and fieldwork in other Indian cities is confirmed only after practical feasibility review.

Businesses and professional teams

Business enquiries should be connected to a clear risk or approval: verifying a vendor, understanding a proposed partner, checking material representations or examining a credible conflict indicator. For HR-related work, the organisation should establish authority, notices and consent where applicable before requesting personal data.

High-value and sensitive decisions

The financial value or profile of a matter does not remove privacy and legal boundaries. Private clients may require tighter communication controls, limited distribution and staged collection, but the same rule applies: gather only information relevant to the legitimate question and report limitations honestly.

When we may decline or redirect an enquiry

Full Circle may decline a matter when the purpose is unclear, the request involves hacking or unauthorised access, the client cannot establish authority, the risk of harm is disproportionate or an emergency service or public authority should act first. Formal legal, ownership, employment or regulated decisions may require independent professional advice.

Confidential first contact: A brief city, service and safe contact time are enough to begin. Do not send sensitive documents until the purpose and secure handling method are agreed.
